What this website collects
Public brochure pages do not require an account and do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Like most internet services, our hosting and security systems may temporarily process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
When you contact us
If you email TriPrism or use our contact form, we store the information you provide to answer the request, maintain service records, and protect our systems. Please do not include passwords, payment-card data, or sensitive personal information in a message.
When you discuss licensing
New software licensing begins with our sales team rather than a public online checkout. We use the business and contact details you provide to discuss fit, prepare a quote, and—if you proceed—create the appropriate customer account and software license.
Other TriPrism services
Product portals, customer galleries, downloads, and authenticated services may need additional information to perform their specific job. Those services should present relevant notice at the point where information is collected.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, security, communications, and support operations. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its stated purpose, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may ask about information associated with a support or business inquiry, request a correction, or ask whether it can be deleted. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, or legal reasons.
